The transport of your package
Ceragi guarantees shipments between 1-3 days in the peninsula, provided that the transport company meets its delivery deadline. Baleares: delivery time of 3-5 days. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, will be sent by Post, Blue Package, up to a maximum of 20 kg. If it had to be sent by carrier, first check the shipping costs. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, payment on delivery is not accepted.
For all your domestic shipments, Ceragi currently has the services of the company ASM, with which it has a quality service contract so that our customers can have the best possible service. This service will be possible as long as the product is available in stock. The deadlines indicated by Ceragi are for guidance, excluding any responsibility for it in the case of delays that are not attributable to it.
In case of not having the requested product (s), the customer will be contacted by telephone to try to solve the incident as quickly as possible. Therefore, please provide in your registration as a customer, a mobile phone number in which they can be located without problems. If you do not contact them on your mobile, we will contact you via email. The commitment acquired by Ceragi for the sale and dispatch of the offered goods is contingent upon the stock of the advertised product and the availability thereof until the end of stock, which is why Ceragi, in its commitment to quality and customer service, always tries to the advertised products are available. CHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
The Buyer is obliged to verify that the Products supplied correspond to the contracted characteristics and are suitable for the purposes for which they are to be applied.
The Products will be considered accepted and satisfied by the Buyer in terms of quality and quantity, except that within a maximum period of 15 days from the issuance of the delivery note, the Buyer will notify in writing his non-acceptance indicating the cause.
To request a return, the Buyer will have to send an email to the following address ceragi@ceragi.com indicating in the case APPLICATION FOR RETURN / CHANGE OF MERCHANDISE indicating the delivery note number with which the product has been supplied and explaining the reason for the return / exchange.
For a return to be authorized, the Buyer must provide all the necessary information so that the return process can be carried out in a timely manner.
Returns and exchanges of merchandise will not be accepted after 15 calendar days from the date of the delivery note, nor for errors or omissions of the Buyer when ordering the merchandise.
Ceragi, will be automatically responsible for the merchandise that results with a manufacturing defect or for internal errors or omissions, verifiable and attributable to our company, having informed us of the Buyer within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of the delivery note.
In the case of returns generated by error or omissions of the Buyer, he must pay an invoice equivalent to 10% of the value of the merchandise he returns.
In the case of returns generated by errors or omissions of the Buyer, CERAGI DOES NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for the expenses generated, for which the Buyer undertakes to cover any additional expenses incurred due to the return, such as: transportation costs, merchandise damaged or missing and any other additional charge.
To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with manuals or accessories.
Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses, and after checking the status of the same, we will proceed to refund the amount according to the payment method made by the customer.
No product that has been tampered with will be accepted.
CERAGI undertakes to proceed to the cancellation / payment of the corresponding invoice corresponding to an authorized return.
CERAGI WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS when the Buyer cancels his order by the end user.
CERAGI reserves the right to accept Returns that fall outside the clauses above.
Ceragi is only responsible for the damages that may be caused during the transportation and unloading of the products in the event that Ceragi has hired and authorized the agency.
